The Sahajanand Landmark (TSL) is a G+12 commercial development in Surat, designed as a contemporary destination for businesses, workplaces, and commercial activity. The project brings together premium showrooms, corporate offices, and IT spaces within a cohesive architectural framework, creating a development that responds to the evolving needs of modern businesses.
At the heart of the design is a strong biophilic architecture approach, introducing nature as an integral part of the built environment rather than treating greenery as an afterthought. Green facades and landscaped pockets are woven into the architecture to soften the scale of the commercial development and create a more visually engaging workplace environment. The design also incorporates private balconies for individual office spaces, allowing users to experience an outdoor connection within the vertical commercial setting.
The planning extends beyond the individual office to create a more complete work environment. A carefully considered mix of amenities includes a business centre for professional meetings, a cafeteria, library, gymnasium, swimming pool, and terrace cafe, offering spaces for work, interaction, relaxation, and recreation. Three levels of basement parking further support the functional requirements of a large-scale commercial development.
Through its integration of biophilic design, contemporary commercial architecture, landscaped spaces, and workplace amenities, TSL is envisioned as a distinctive commercial development in Surat. The project reflects an approach where architecture is not limited to the building envelope but extends to the overall experience of working, interacting, and spending time within the development.
